Is my information safe? How do I know you won't mess with my account?

We take your account’s security very seriously. Our partners consist of trusted players that work exclusively for Destiny Carry Pros. Our reputation means everything to us and we strive to keep long-term relationships with our clients.

If you are concerned, we highly suggest taking a look at our feedback! We would also recommend changing your password to something temporary, and then changing it again when we complete your service.

Our team has a strict policy to not tamper with any of your PSN/Gamertags/Battlenet general settings. Your weapons and armor will not be infused into other gear. We may use an Item Manager (such as DIM) to move items around or put things in the vault to make space. We may also change the controller settings.

Which payment methods do you offer?

We accept Paypal. You do NOT need to have a Paypal account. Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and several other cards.

How quickly will my order be completed?

Orders are completed on a first come first served basis. We do not offer a “Put me at the top of the list” option in order to be fair to all of our customers. The speed at which your order is completed depends on how many team members we have available and what the order is. Almost all orders are completed within 24 hours, and much more likely within a 12 hour timeframe.

What happens after I order?

Once you place an order, it is automatically logged in our system. We will use the contact info you provided on checkout to contact you before we sign onto your account. The best method to contact you is via text message but we can use email or PSN/Gamertag/Battlenet as well.

Contact by Text > Contact by Email > Contact directly to your PSN/Gamertag/Battlenet.

The point here is that we don’t want to sign you out of your account while you are enjoying a game.

Once we are on your account we go straight to business and complete whichever service you purchased. When we are done, we notify you by the same contact methods and have a completion email sent.

What is a “Play for me” account recovery?

We log on to your account and play for you to complete the service purchased. Your account information is required for this option.

What is a “Play with me” carry?

You play with one of our teams in game to complete the service purchased.

Can I play on my account while you are doing a "Play for me" account recovery?

No. Only one person can be signed onto an account at one time. If you sign on, we will get signed out. If we are doing a Trials of the Nine flawless and get signed out it will count as a loss and we will have to restart your card.

Is the Trials of the Nine Flawless guaranteed?

If you order a Trials of the Nine “Play with me” carry or “Play for me” account recovery you are guaranteed to go flawless that weekend. All Trials orders purchased Monday night EST are subject to being carried over for next weekend completion due to the limited amount of time before reset.

If you ordered a carry and fail to go flawless, we will continue trying and we’ll even set you up with a different team of partners. You will achieve a flawless scorecard or we will refund your money.

If I purchase a trials service during the week, when will my order be completed?

Any orders received during the week will be the first orders completed when trials is available. Trials is available Friday afternoon until reset Monday night.

Will my order be completed before reset?

All Trials orders purchased Monday night EST are subject to being carried over for next weekend completion due to the limited amount of time before reset. These orders will be first in line for the upcoming weekend when trials is available again.
